At Kanya Maha Vidyalaya - The Heritage and Autonomous Institution, promoting Indian cultural heritage is pursued like a religion. An International Level Vedic Olympiad was recently organized under the aegis of the Vedic Research Centre on campus. The Vedic Research Centre has been regularly organizing seminars, workshops, an in broken chain of 100 lectures in continuity. 69 students participated in the vedic Olympiad which will be instrumental in keeping them connected to the wisdom of ancient ages and make them proud inheritors of Indian rich treasure houses of knowledge i.e The Vedas. The aim of this exercise is to keep the young generation connected to what their forefather had achieved. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi observed that it is necessary to disseminate the knowledge of Vedas to every Indian household. She congratulated the students for having participated in an international level activity.
