Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has introduced many innovative programs at KMV. Personality Development Program is one of the innovative program which has been introduced only by KMV in order to inculcate self confidence in the students. Under the Personality Development Program, KMV organised a Workshop on Self Analysis,Self Confidence and SWOT Analysis. The resource persons for the workshop were JC Karandeep Gulati (Provisional Zone Trainer  Zone , JCI India) and JC Ritesh (Provisional Zone Trainer, Zone I , JCI India). The students participated in the workshop with full zeal and enthusiasm. Through various activities and lively interaction the learned resource persons made the workshop highly  valuable and memorable for the students. Ms Karandeephighlighted the importance of developing a positive attitude to become successful in life. She also discussed about the peculiar problem of mental illness which is on increase these days. She urged the students to open up, believe in themselves and also motivated them to accomplish their goals. Stressing on the importance of developing a strong personality, Mr Riteish motivated the students to embark on a journey towards betterment and success. It is important to mention that the Personality Development Program is a compulsory program for the students of Sem III under the Value Added Programs introduced by KMV under the Autonomy & KMV is the only college in the region to introduce such value added programs in the curriculum of the students.Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that such workshops are very essential and beneficial for the growth of the personality of students. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Ms Mani Khera Coordinatorfor organising the workshop. Dr Madhumeet, Dr Suman Khurana & Dr Reena Sharma were also present on the occasion.
