Program for the benefit of: To sensitize the students regarding the importance of ozone layer & to work for the betterment of the environment.
Total no. of participants: Around 200
Class: B.Sc Medical, Non medical, M.Sc Zoology, BCA, B.Voc , B.Com, 10+1,10+2 Medical, Non medical, Arts, Commerce Students and NCC Cadets.
Venue of the program: College campus.
Summary about the program :organized Poster making, Slogan writing and Rangoli making competitions on 16th September, 2022 to celebrate “WORLD OZONE DAY” with theme: Montreal Protocol @35:global cooperation protecting life on earth. The event was organized by Department of Life Sciences, NCC, Student Welfare Department in collaboration with Red Ribbon Club. Every year college grabs opportunity to sensitize students and institutional faculty regarding this vital environmental issue. Around 200 students participated with full zeal and enthusiasm in the event to showcase their creativity. Students made posters, slogans and rangoli highlighting the significance of life saving ozone layer and Montreal Protocol.
