PG Department of Chemistry, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage and Autonomous Institution, Jalandhar, under the aegis of CURIE grant has organised national level workshop on “Innovative approach to greener and safer labs’ dated on 21th October, 2022. 650 participants from different institution across the country have attended the extension lecture delivered by Dr. Sonia Ratnani, Associate Professor in Dept . of Chemistry, Ramjas College, University of Delhi. Green Chemistry is at the frontiers of this continuously-evolving interdisciplinary to reduce the environmental impact of the chemical enterprise by developing a technology base that is inherently non-toxic to living things and the environment.
