More than 300participants from 16 Colleges & Universities of Punjabparticipate in the Fest

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous)has been constantly working for the overall development of their students. With this objective, PG Department of Computer Scienceand Applications& PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration jointly organised Inter College IT Euphoria KITE-2023 & Brainstorm- 2023. This fest consisted of twelve events that witnessed a huge participation from the students from various universities and colleges. There was an overwhelming response witnessing more than 300 participants from 16 universities and colleges from Punjab. Twelve events were organised during the fest namely Quizzard, Moving Feet- Choreography , Ode to Code, Net Savvy, Eyes on You- Group Dance, Ramp Walk Advertisement, Innovative Start ups ( Dare to Develop), Aap Ki Adalat, Design Thinking (Logoli), Business Tycoons, Epic Wall &Coloreels. The chief guest for the event was Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. Addressing the gathering, she averred that KMV is an exemplary institution that is providing best quality education to its students. She also inspired students to follow their dreams and to work hard with full dedication. She further maintained that such events provide a good platform to the students to display their creativity and talent besides getting practical exposure as KMV from time to time keeps on organising such competitions in order to instil a spirit of healthy competition in the students. Thefirst event was Ramp Walk. Every participant came out with unique idea and acting and advertised the products like Hand Bags, Watch, Perfumes and Beauty Creams in a very interesting way. The Second event was Moving Feet-Choreography on the theme of Digital India. The topic was well presented by various participants of different colleges highlighting the importance of Digital India in various spheres of our life .There were 8-10 participants in each team. The Third event was Business Tycoons. It was a unique idea in which the participants had to act like any business character. The judges of this event appreciated the efforts of different participants. And the Fourth event was Eyes on You- Group Dance.The vivacious performers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances and this was a reflection of their passion and hard work. On the other hand parallel off stage items were also conducted like Quizzard, Epic Wall, Net Savy, Aapki Adalat, Innovative Start-Ups (Dare to Develop), Ode to Code, Coloreels and Logoli. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Mrs. Suman Khurana, Head, PG Department of Computer Applications, Dr. Neeraj Maini, Head, PG Department of Commerce & Business Administration and all the other team members for their efficient team work and the flawless coordination of events.
