Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) again proved its excellence by lifting overall second runner up trophyin Zonal Youth Festival organized by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.Like every year this year too the students displayed their talent and baggedfirst position in Quiz, Debate & Elocution competition in theYouthFestival. Along with the top position, KMVites also bagged second position in Group Dance, Phulkari, Poster making, Clay modeling &On the spot painting competition. In Giddha, Rangoli, Fancy Dress, Collage&Classical Instrumental (Non-Percussion) competitions, KMV bagged third position respectively. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedilauded the efforts of the students and the sheer talent they possess while emphasising the significant role played by such festivals in honing the talents of the students. She congratulated Dr. Gurjot, Dean, ECA&the ECA team of the college, the students as well as their teachers involved for their whole hearted and committed dedication towards the preparation of various items and hoped they will continue their winning streak in the future also.
