Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a two day educational trip to Kurukshetra, Haryana, for students of PG Department of Hindi. During this trip, students enthusiastically visited various places of historical and cultural significance such as Brahma Sarovar, Shri Krishna Museum, Panorama Science City, Jyotisar, Kurukshetra University, Haryana Lok Sangrahalay, Bhadrakali Temple, and Sthaneshwar Temple. They also explored the religious and cultural importance of Kurukshetra since Vedic times, along with receiving insights into ancient Indian civilisation, culture, and art forms through rare artefacts at Shri Krishna Museum. At Panorama Science City, they learned about the the significance of modern science along with ancient Indian knowledge and science, and its application in daily life through presentations on celestial bodies, aquatic life animation, and understanding changes in daily life due to scientific principles. In the sacred land of Jyotisar, students of KMV enlightened themselves about the essence of the famous Bhagavad Gita through a light and sound presentation highlighting the importance of this place. On the first day, students also visited Sthaneshwar Temple and Bhadrakali Temple. On the following day, after visiting Brahma Sarovar, they explored the Heritage Museum at Kurukshetra University and gained knowledge about the folk life and culture of Haryana. The successful organisation of this educational trip, filled with excitement and information for students, was lauded by Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. She also lauded the efforts made by Dr. Vinod Kalra, Head, Hindi Department, and guidance provided to students during the trip by Dr. Rupika Sharma, Mrs. Ritu, and Mrs. Ranjana were also acknowledged
