Kanya Maha Vidyalaya hosted an invited talk ‘ Time management’ by Dr.Neetu Verma ( Associate Professor, P.G. Dept. of Physics, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya) under personality development course for Semester III. This talk was aimed to help the students know themselves, boost their learning capabilities, build self-confidence, and mainly focused on time management skills. Dr. Neetu Verma  quoted “The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot”. Dr. Verma interacted with the students and through varied types of questions made them realize how time management skills help us to become successful. She discussed the difference between the myths and reality about time management by taking examples of everyday experiences. She conveyed the skills of time management step by step like setting your goals, making a schedule, and revisiting and revising your plan. She also discussed how to set up your weekly plan and yearly timetable for different activities. She was productively focused on how students should  utilize their time and avoid social media interruptions. In the end, with a very polite note, she talked about the ladder of success that success can be achieved by every student by following some steps like hard work, dedication, and time management. This enjoyable session was held in the college campus and  Participants who gave positive feedback.
