Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (The Heritage and Autonomous College by UGC MHRD GOI ) – the pioneer institution of women education, has long been recognised as a premier centre of higher learning for women in North India. Through 136 eventful years of its existence, KMV is committed to preserve the rich cultural legacy and traditional values along with modernity conducive to the holistic development of an individual’s potential. Seven Special Value-Added Programs – one in each semester, are compulsory part of its unique Curriculum. The students have been given – JOB READINESS PROGRAM in their fifth semester to make them industry ready. This special program was run for nine days – two hours each day and in four batches per day with Industry trained four trainers – one per batch  in the month of October 2021.

AS per KMV’s  Mission to make the students employable,  KMV‘s PLACEMENT CELL organised  JOB READY PROGRAM with Leading Company of Skill Development that  prides in managing the process of training and deploying resources and this specialised program for KMV students aims at improving the employability skills of the youth.KMV Students have been very fortunate for having got this excellent opportunity Completely Free of cost. The students were trained on Various Modules like – Organizational Structure, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Group Discussion, Personal Interview etc. that quite relevant in the working environments. More than 200 students have been benefitted by this Program that was run in four batches daily for nine days.

Principal Dr Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the efforts of Dean Placemen Cell Dr. Suman Khurana for this wonderful opportunity given to the students and motivated the students to learn every aspect diligently.
