P.G. Department of Physics of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar, the Heritage Institution, organized “Bhautik InnoVare-An Experimental Workshop”. In this workshop Er. Vishal Sharma, Sr. Research officer cum Chief Mentor of Innovation Hub, Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala was invited to educate students about advanced AI and robotics technology. Er. Sharma encouraged students that by actively seeking out information about the latest AI techniques, students can position themselves at the forefront of transformative developments that are revolutionizing fields ranging from healthcare to manufacturing, from finance to entertainment. Exploring the frontiers of advanced physics not only equips students with cutting-edge skills and knowledge but also fosters a deep understanding of how these technologies can be harnessed to solve complex problems and drive positive change in society. He also added that staying informed about the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI and robotics will empower students to become trailblazers in their fields, contributing to a future where intelligent systems and automated processes redefine what’s possible. Students gained valuable insights and practical knowledge from this workshop, guiding them to effectively use these AI techniques in various settings, including their own homes. Principal Dr. (Prof.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the Dept. of Physics for taking such innovative initiatives. She said science is the application of existing scientific knowledge to the practical world, like technology or invention.
