Lecture cum workshop on “Karyotypic analysis of laboratory organisms”:  Date of program: 2^nd November 2019. Dr. Avinash Kaur Nagpal, Professor,Department of Botanical and Environmental Sciences, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar delivered a presentation in which she gave introduction about chromosomes, their structures and karyotypes. She expostulated students about the different methods used for karyotypic analysis in laboratory organisms like Allium cepa, Vicia faba and human beings.
