PG department of Chemistry,Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (The Heritage and Autonomous Institution), Jalandhar in association with Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) organized a National Level Online Quizon Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) under Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, Government of India, New Delhi on 25th November, 2021. The goal of the quiz is to create awareness of the law which provides rights to researchers for their innovative research and patents in academic and industrial front they create, usually for short interval of time. Students and faculties participated in online quizwith full enthusiasm from across the country. A total of 1550participants participated in the quiz and e-certificates were provided to students for participation. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the endeavour taken by PG Department of Chemistry adding that this is important for students who want to pursue research in future and it should be regular feature in the curriculum.
