Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage & Autonomous institution always focuses on the inculcation of research aptitude amongst the students. Under this umbrella Anshuman Saluja, a student from PG Department of Physics, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya participated in the 28th International Conference on Nuclear Tracks and Radiation Measurements held at Gurugram University, Sector 51,Gurugram, India conducted during 6-10 November, 2023. Students, research scholars, scientists and science enthusiasts from all over the Globe participated in the Conference and many presented their research work in the form of oral presentations and posters in front of dignitaries and scientists.

She presented a poster on her research work entitled “Exploration of rGio-polyaniline composites for supercapacitor applications” under the guidance of  Dr. Sangeeta Prashar, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Physics. She also got the chance to listen to guest lectures by esteemed personalities from India as well as various countries across the Globe, including Grazia Gambrini from Italy, Dr. S. K. Chakarvarti from NIT Kurukshetra, India, among others. It also provided a great opportunity to meet and get acquainted with renowned scientists and other like minded research scholars from around the world.

Madam Principal appreciated her for her excellent performance in the conference and lauded the physics department for motivating students.
