Objective of the course: The objective of course is equipping the students with skills required to work efficiently as Geriatric Care Nutritionist. This course prepares students for careers in healthcare, social work and rehabilitation facilities. Equipped with an understanding of the aging process and its accompanying challenges, gerontology professionals offer support, understanding and assistance to aging populations. The students learn communication skills, prepare a dietary plan and also get knowledge about daily hygiene and food safety.
On successful completion of this course, the student:

- To enhance clinical Knowledge of the unique needs of older adults.

Eligibility
10+2 in any stream with 45% marks in aggregate.
