Students share the importance of cleanliness by enthusiastically participating in various activities organised throughout the week

 Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) celebrated Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm. Paying tribute to the principles and teachings of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, the Student Welfare Department of the college, N.S.S. Department and NCC organised various activitiesthroughout the week. Participating enthusiastically in these activities, all the students ensured cleanliness of the hostels, classrooms, canteen, lounge, playground and other parts of the college under the theme of Mera Campus Pura Saaf,, plastic free campus, Swatch Mqn Swatch campus, Khubsurat campus Roshan dimaag&Mere Campus da harkonasaaf. Apart from this, the students also enthusiastically displayed their creativity by participating in activities like collage making, poster making, painting, seminar, debate, declamation, poetry recitation&calligraphy etc. on the theme of cleanliness. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivediaverred that from time to time, KMVorganises such activities which help in spreading the ideals as told by Gandhiji. She further maintained that working as a pioneer for the development of the country according to the principles shown by Gandhiji would be the true tribute to him by all of us citizens. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Dr. Madhumeet, Dean, Student Welfare, Mrs. Ashima Sahni, Dr. Sonik Bhatia, Dr. Harpreet Kaur, Dr. Gurjot, Dr. Monica Sharma, Ms. Rajendra and other teachers for successfully organising these activities.
