Spreads awareness about the causes & prevention of the disease
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous)observed World Diabetes Day by organising slogan writing competition. The celebration was organised by Department of Biotechnology. During the event, students madecreative slogans spreading the awareness about diabetes. Students through the help of sloganslhighlighted the causes and prevention of this disease and also gave a message to live a healthy & stress free lifestyle.Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the efforts of the students & faculty members for organising such awareness event. She averred that KMV always organise various health awareness activities for the students in the form of health camps organised at campus, expert talks from renowned doctors of the city, free medical check-up camp for the students, blood donation camps, counselling sessions & yoga camps for the studentsetc. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Department of Biotechnology for successfully organising the event.
