Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a one-day vocational training camp on Hair Care and Makeup in village Mubarkpur. The camp was organised by Gandhian Studies Centre of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya. In this camp the teachers of cosmetology department of the college provided information about the related subject to about 70 women and girls of the village. During the camp, the participants were imparted training about proper makeup according to facial texture & skin keeping in mind the changing seasons. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts of Gandhian Studies Centre and the Department of Cosmetology for this philanthropic initiative and averred that such social outreach activities are an important tools of women empowerment. Mrs. Tirath Kaur, Sarpanch, Mubarakpur Shekhe expressed gratitude towards Kanya Maha Vidyalaya for organising this camp.
