Ms. KajalJaswal, Senior Research Fellow, Department of Bioscience and Bioengineering, IIT Mandi, Himachal Pradesh was the resource person for the webinar. Shedelivered an enlightening lecture on career counseling, focusing specifically on the various opportunities available to graduates pursuing Bachelor and Masterdegree in Science. In her engaging speech, Ms. Kajal elucidated upon the diverse career pathways open to graduates with an advanced degree in bioscience. She highlighted various research fellowships like CSIR-UGC NET/JRF, ICAR- JRF, GATE-XL, INSPIRE etc and also guided students that how to prepare for competitive exams. She also encouraged the students for maximum participation in projects and practical work. The lecture, attended by eager students and faculty members alike, served as a catalyst for stimulating discussions and reflections on individual career aspirations and goals.
