KMVites participate in various activities to spread awareness on environment conservation 

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) celebrated World Earth Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. The celebrations were organised by Department of Environmental Sciences in collaboration with P.G. Department of Zoology& Eco Clubwith the theme: “PLANET vs PLASTICS”.The two day event sensitised students and institutional faculty regarding this vital environmental issue. More than 60 students participated with full zeal and enthusiasm in this event to showcase their creativity. Students made posters and slogans and organisedawareness seminar highlighting the problem of plastic pollution and the need to save earth.The students through their posters also gave a message of reducing pollution, improving air quality and also to improve surroundings by making the Mother Earth clean & green.Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the students & faculty members for this unique initiative. She averred that it is very important that the society understands the importance of environment conservation. She averred that all the students should remain in connect with this type of activities in the future also so that more awareness could be generated for this cause. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of the whole organising committee for successfully organising the celebrations.
