Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always provides such an environment and education to the students so that they can excel in various competitions. In this series, the students of PG Department of Punjabi made the institution proud with their brilliant performance in the district level quiz competition organised by the office of the District Language Officer, Jalandhar. Answering appropriately about 150 questions based on Punjabi language and literature, student of B.A. sem V Sarabjit Kaur and Sumandeep Kaurdemonstrated their knowledge, wisdom and intelligence by securing first and third position respectively. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivediwhile congratulating the winning students, also lauded the efforts of PG Department of Punjabi for providing proper guidance to the students. She averred that in KMV the students are always encouraged to participate enthusiastically in various activities as they are always encouraged to display their talent with confidence and also to set an example for the others to follow.
