Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always takes initiative to ignite the zeal of entrepreneurship among the students& keeps emphasising on imparting entrepreneurship skills to students so they can become job providers instead of job seekers. In this direction, Faculty of Retail Management under DDU Kaushal Kendra, provided a platform to the students of retail management to put up a welcome stall of their handmade products and goods. The students of retail management showcased their hard work and talent through the welcome stall. It was a very unique idea which was appreciated by the staff and the students. The stall displayed attractive handmade jewellery along with beautiful key rings etc. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivediaverred thatKMV is providing innovative and entrepreneurial environment to the students to discover, develop and deploy their ideas, skills and talents. She further maintained that KMV is an active member of Self-Reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat) campaign. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of faculty of Retail management for the outstanding endeavour and encouraged to put more such efforts to motivate the students.
