Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulate the students on bagging First Position in Quiz and First position in Phulkari competition

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) again proved its excellence byperforming excellently n Zonal Youth Festival organized by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.Like every year this year too the students displayed their talent and baggedfirst position in Quiz&Phulkaricompetition in theYouthFestival. Along with the top position, KMVites also bagged third position in Group Dance, On the spot painting, Classical Vocal, Classical Instrumental (Non- Percussion), Giddha, Group song, Luddi& Folk song competition. Aanchal, a participant of quiz competition thanked college Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi& all the teachers for their constant motivation and guidance. She said that KMV always provide us with plethora of opportunities for the holistic development of our personalities, and this is the reason why we are able to secure top position in the quiz competition. Ravita, Phulkari participant said that it is a matter of great pride for KMV that since the inception of this event in the youth festival, KMV has been bagging top position in Phulkari competition. Rupali, classical instrumental player said that I have been able to compete at National & international level competitions only due to the mentoring provided to me by the music department of KMV. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts of the students and the sheer talent they possess while emphasising the significant role played by such festivals in honing the talents of the students. She congratulated Dr. Gurjot, Dean, ECA&the ECA team of the college, the students as well as their teachers involved for their whole hearted and committed dedication towards the preparation of various items and hoped they will continue their winning streak in the future also.
