Personality Development Program is one of a kind program offered in Kanya Maha Vidyalaya as a value added program. The students of semester III belonging to the steams of BSc Economics, BSc Maths, BSc (Hons) Physics, BSc Biotechnology, BSc Non Medical, BSc Non Medical, BCA, BSc IT, BSc Computer Science and all streams of Bachelor in Vocation are offered this program with an aim to build self confidence, create positive energy, improve skills, health, decrease stress as well as achieve goals in professional careers. It provides a unique combination of patterns that influence behavior, thought, motivation and emotions in the students.

Undertaking a holistic approach, it includes modules pertaining to develop strong communication skills, interview skills, public speaking, goal setting, leadership skills, decision making, stress management, time management, apparel sense, grooming, fitness as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle and positive approach in life. It provides avenues to hone skills in social etiquettes and body language as well. Interactive sessions and talks are held by expert faculty from college and trainers. Workshops organised under the program includes exposure to real life situations, group discussions, self analysis and SWOT analysis. The program extends inspiring, enriching and purposeful learning for the students.
